Anti-Racism Training with Dr. Nathalie Edmond

Learn how to be anti-racist, from the comfort of your own home!

Our training will be facilitated by Nathalie Edmond, PsyD, E-RYT. Dr. Edmond is a licensed clinical psychologist and an experienced yoga/meditation teacher. She attended Rutgers for undergraduate and graduated with her doctorate from Wright State University School of Professional Psychology in 2003. She was director of Princeton House Women's Program for 7 years where she implemented evidenced based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Seeking Safety (Trauma and Addiction) and Sensorimotor (Mind-Body approach with an emphasis on how early childhood experiences impact how we are in relationships). She is also trained in a variety of evidenced based practices such as EMDR and CBT for Insomnia. 

Dr. Edmond is passionate about infusing mind body spirit approaches into her clinical work as well as a social justice lens that identifies the importance of race, ethnicity, class, sexual orientation, age, gender, and abilities in our lives. She has worked at Princeton University for several years coordinating their Mind Body Health team and Eating Disorder team. 
Nathalie is director and founder of Mindful and Multicultural Counseling fulfilling her dream of making mindfulness, therapy and yoga accessible to more of the community. 

She has been trained by Lee Mun Wah and Kenneth Hardy in the areas of anti-racism and diversity, equity and inclusion.
